सिंगरौली तथा आसपास के क्षेत्र की जनता के लिए अत्यंत हर्ष व प्रसन्नता की बात है कि सरकार ने चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय को बनाकर समर्पित कर दिया है।
कठोर परिश्रम तथा मेहनत से ही उन्नति व समृद्धि प्राप्त की जा सकती है। अनुशासन का पालन करने से सफलता आपके दरवाजे पर खड़ी हो जाती है। अनुशासन वह दर्पण है जो कि हमारे उद्देश्य तथा लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने का साधन बनता है। जब भी आप अपने उद्देश्य बनाएं कि हमें क्या करना है। वह उद्देश्य आपको मेहनत व अनुशासन से ही प्राप्त होंगे।
जब हम आगे बढ़ रहे हैं तो हमें यह नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि गरीब वह वंचित लोगों की मदद व सेवा करना है। इसके साथ वन व जंगली जानवरों को सुरक्षित रखना है।
जब आप कॉलेज में M.B.B.S. करने के बाद जहां पर भी जाएं वहां पर जाति, धर्म, क्षेत्रवाद से ऊपर उठकर कार्य करें तथा इस मंत्र का प्रचार करें कि हम सभी मां-भारती की संताने हैं तथा पूरा राष्ट्र हमारा अपना है। राष्ट्र को नुकसान पहुंचाने का यदि कोई प्रयत्न करता है तो सबक सिखाया जाएगा। यदि जरूरत हुई तो अपना जीवन देश के लिए न्योछावर कर देंगे।
हमें यह बात याद रखना है कि हमें अपना चिकित्सकीय कार्य बिना दबाव, लालच व बिना पक्षपात के संपादित करना है। हमारा कार्य ऐसा है कि यह दुनिया में सबसे बड़ा मानव धर्म है जब हम ईमानदारी से बिना लालच के कार्य करते हैं तो हमें आदर व सम्मान मिलता है। हमें हमेशा भाईचारा बनाए रखने का कार्य करना है। हमें अपने विवेक के अनुसार कार्य करना है। हमें अपने जीवन में कोई भी गैर कानूनी कार्य नहीं करना है।

It's great pleasure and joy that government has established the medical college in Singrauli for the welfare of the public of Singrauli and its adjoining area.
For us normal people, working hard is the only path to touch progress and prosperity. Success can only belong to you if you surrender to discipline. Discipline is often the mirror that reflects back to us on goals and targets. For when one has his objectives laid out in front of him, he is complete.
Everything you shall to moving forward is to be done to serve your goal. Additionally, we should never forget the basic levels of life; helping the poor and under privileged wherever we can. As well as being kind to wildlife and harboring respect for our forests. When you graduate from this college and hold this degree in your hand I argue to think beyond caste creed religion and reason whenever you start practicing medicine you are supposed to propagate that we are all children of maa Bharti if anybody is trying to break the unity and integrity of the country we shall give him lesson and if necessary we would sacrifice your life for the sake of the nation.
It is to be remembered, that we should practice with honesty without temptation pressure and bias. We are in such a profession that serves human being is the greatest service in the world.
When we work with honesty and without temptation then we shall get the respect and gratitude. Definitely the medical college and 605 bad hospital will benefit the public of Singrauli.
